Dumbarton went down to a seven goal hammering against SPLers St Mirren at Love Street in the CIS Insurance Cup this evening. They now need to turn round and return to Division Three winning ways against East Stirling at the Rock on Saturday. It's going to be a big challenge. Poor Jim Chapman is suitably remorseful.
