Well, here I am about to head over from Edinburgh, where we've been staying with friends, to Dumbarton for the match against Stranraer tomorrow.... but with the pitch waterlogged, there doesn't seem very much chance of it being on. Inspection tomorrow morning, in all probability. Ah well, that puts a bit of a dampener on the 50th birthday plans. But fingers crossed -- and for Tuesday night against Forfar. Rain on the parade is hardly a first for the practiced football fan, unfortunately.------------
